Qigong is a simple, gentle, effective way for one to move their body and focus on their breath while allowing the body and mind to return to a state of harmony and balance. I teach Qigong in the Prescott, Arizona area to share the wonders of Qigong with the people in my community. As a Qigong Instructor as well as an holistic health & cancer coach and retired nurse, I believe Qigong is one of the most simple, gentle, and effective health enhancing modalitities anyone can do.
