In this paper, firstly, it is proved from special relativity that Minkowski space is equivalent to Lobacevskii's velocity space. Secondly, it is presumed that the space-time around an object has singularity when it moves at the speed of light. Based on this hypothesis and Dirac's theory about magnetic monopoles, g=hc/2e=137ne/2. According to Lorentz transformation in Lobacevskii's velocity space an important equation is obtained:

g=137ne/2=each theta, (n=1,2,.....)

Where g is a magnetic monopole, theta is Lobacevskii's velocity and ch theta v=1/[1=(v/c)]^1/2. The results explain that a magnetic monopole equals a moving electron at the velocity of light. Therefore it is supposed that the monopoles of all elementary particles are their outward showing when they run at a speed of light. Substantial velocity is a quantized velocity in a neighborhood of C. With Lorentz transformation and electromagnetic dual invariance, for an electron: e->g->ech theta->gch theta'; theta =C/C->theta'=2C/C. The last result shows that the magnetic monopoles may have faster speed than that of light, hence it is supposed that there is a world of monopoles in which C is the lowest speed. This possibility leads to a suggestion that qigong waiqi consists of monopoles. This suggestion can explain two properties of waiqi:

Since monopoles have faster speed than light, general Minkowski 4-spacetime waiqi has particular function, it can not be measured by ordinary has no effect on waiqi. Since its velocity>C, g>>e instruments directly, only the fields in response to the monopoles.

As conclusion, qigong waiqi is considered to be made of monopoles.
