We observed threadlike structure separated partially from peritoneum and connected to the peritoneum or abdominal wall. The corpuscle on the way of the threadlike structure on the organ surface of a rabbit contained 2 µm Size granules. The study with confocal laser scanning microscope revealed that there were DNA inside of the granule. The granule might be a sort of cell-free DNA, or a naturally existing micro-cell.
