We measured biophoton emission from palms and backs of hands before and after one-hour magnetic treatment on acupuncture points according to Han-Seo bio-Magnetic Meridian Therapy (HMMT). We found that biophoton emission rates changed significantly for some subjects. There were exceptional cases especially for a certain patients, but its diagnostic significance should be further studied. The physiological effects of magnetic stimulation on acupuncture points can be objectively evaluated by the measurement of biophoton emission rates.
