Distant effects between various biological systems, from human to DNA, are under study today. Scientific research on distant healing is also growing popular recently. Especially, spiritual healing is deeply related to human consciousness and mind, so that elucidation of its nature and mechanism is essential when thought of its huge potential. Here, studies of distant effects in variety of fields are introduced and three different types of distant healing experiment conducted by the author are mentioned. The actual state of affairs in research of distant healing is presented together with its subjects of discussion and the future prospect
