The purpose of the present work was to investigate a mechanism of consciousness from the viewpoint of holographic cosmology that offers a candidate interpretation of the quantum gravity theory explaining all physical phenomena. According to the holographic principle, the universe is coded in a hologram, and a final theory is believed to be concerned not with fields and space-time, but rather with information. Human consciousness is considered to consist of information and to have energy. Shannon entropy for information theory is changeable to energy when all degrees of freedom are considered, and the energy is also changeable to matter. The present work proposed a model in which consciousness as a type of information is transformed to life energy, and part of that life energy is materialized as an atom-forming body. Since the space-time of the universe has four dimensions, all information is recorded on a three-dimensional boundary. All the coded information of IHB 1.2R2 x 1066 bits is believed to correspond to consciousness.
