The book Lao-Zi, with 5,000 words, is the classic on Human Body Science. It is the profoundest theory of health keeping based on the unity of 'form' and 'spirit', developed systematically and manifestly with its own paradigm. Although it is worshipped as the 'Bibles of Qigong today, it had not been get commended on the perspective of Qigong. I find the unfathomably meaning of the work after my thirty years research.
1. Xuan Guan, the esoteric key (of know-how), also the state of interation between Qi and spirit. It is a feeling only can be insighted and comprehended rather than expressed by language.
2. Lian Ji, regulating your conscious, cultivating your heart (Xin, symbolized by the trigram Li, fire).
3. Zhu Ji, Building medicine (the primal Qi)
The summarization briefs the structure of the four chapters, proved appropriately with the tradition Qigong. The study of the other 77 parts of Lao-Zi will be finish later. This is of 4,000 word.
