Influence of 'Half Food Abstention' on Mice Transplanted with S180 Ascitic Tumor

According to the characteristics of energy metabolism of tumor, we examined the effect of 'Ban-Pi-Gu' on 182 mice transplanted with S180 ascitic tumor. 'Ban-Pi-Gu' is a half-dietary restriction, and it includes changes of formulary diet too. The result was obviously prolonging mean surviving days (P<0.05-0.001), improving living quality and decreasing blood sugar level.
