In this paper, it was observed that the 'External - Qi' of Qigong effected on the genetic transformation of the XLI - Blue with Cohen's methods. It was shown that the 'External - Qi of Qigong might kill the XLI - Blue, so that the rate of the genetic transformation in the Qigong group was lower than that in the control group, compared to that in the normal group
