Qigong--a special knowledge possessing material and spiritual characteristics

The importance of Qigong is demonstrated to show it's essential characteristics and the basic principles as to why Qigong can cure diseases. Two main basic causes for man to contract disease will be discussed. The 'Qi' of Qigong is coming from the universe, is a special kind of thing possessing both material and spiritual characteristics. The characteristics of Qigong shown in three ways will be discussed. The importance of Pan Gu Shen Gong will be discussed and it's practice demonstrated.
