To explore the principles of “whole-body breathing” and show how we can integrate these principles into our qigong
practices, as well as into our everyday lives, for health, well-being, and spiritual growth. Chuang Tzu said that most people breathe with their throats, while real human beings breathe with their heels. Our bad breathing habits, including our fast upper chest breathing, are closely related to our physical and emotional problems. This workshop will explore the transformative power of whole body breathing, utilizing all the breathing spaces of the body.
