Tendons and Muscles Changing Qigong is one kind of dynamic Qigong exercise handed down from ancient China. Yi Jin in Chinese means to change the tendons and muscles. Jing means method. The goal of Yi Jin Jing is to strengthen the tendons and muscles through the exercise. Yi Jin Jing is an advanced maneuver to protect and strengthen health as well as a kind of fundamental element for the energy healers who emit Qi. It also can help Doctors of osteopathic, Doctors of Chiropractic, Massage Therapists and other Energy Healers to enhance their healing results. Explanation and demonstration of the twelve sections of the Yi Jin Jing exercise will be provided. Medical application for disease prevention and health maintenance is discussed in each section. Additionally, a basic demonstration of emitted Qi will be performed. Students will be encouraged to practice the emitted Qi technique on each other.
