[Effects of Fitness Qigong Baduanjin on phlegm-dampness hypertension]

目的: 探究健身气功·八段锦对痰湿壅盛型高血压患者的干预作用。方法: 将47例壅盛型高血压患者随机分为八段锦组和对照组,其中八段锦组23例,对照组24例。经16周八段锦锻炼,分别检测患者血压,观察中医体质评分变化;取血检测血液流变学指标,以及血浆MDA、SOD、ET-1、Hcy水平。结果: 与对照组比较,经16周八段锦干预后,八段锦组舒张压与收缩压均有所降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),中医体质评分减少;全血粘度明显的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);血浆SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),血浆MDA和ET-1水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),Hcy水平无显著差异,但试验后高Hcy人数有所减少。结论: 八段锦作为一种非药物的传统运动干预手段,能改善痰湿壅盛型高血压患者体质,可作为壅盛型高血压患者的日常辅助干预方法。.
