The Objective of this workshop is to demonstrate the practices central to yuigong (Jade Body Qigong) which develops three levels of breathing linked to the spinal cord, fundamental to human health.
These back-exercises are of great value in Chinese traditional medical treatment, especially for lengthening life. In the Taoist philosophy there exist seven secret points situated on the back. Those points should be developed and strengthened helping to cure diseases and helping to live longer.
The exercises of this method are related to three types of breathing. The names of these types are 'Turtle', 'Crane' and 'Dragon.” The results are that you become as calm as a turtle, light as a crane and strong as a dragon.
