Sciatic is a sharp pain running generally from the region of the lumbar area to the back side of the hip. It means the pain transmits from the hip to the back side of the upper legs. It always worsens when the individual attempts to stretch or cough, so the legs actually can not be fully stretched. It is considered that the pain can be treated by regulating the urinary bladder and spleen. I am convinced that simple breathing may cause the motion of occipital bone and sciatic bone. And the palatine causes the abnormal changes for the occipital bone. Therefore, I conducted a research to see if the palatine bone really affects the balance of weight supporting while the massetering motion starts under the condition of abnormal balance of masseter joints.
In this report, I mainly talk that sciatica can be relieved if sciatic bone, the fourth lumbar vertebrae and general gait can be regulated on the basis of well regulated abdominal respiration.
