James Olds in 1950's, Robert Heath and Jos'c Delgado in 1970's showed respectively in their experiments that there was a pleasure center or sex center in the brain of rat and man, and in order to gain a pleasure feeling in quick succession, the rats or the patients had to learn to stimulate frequently the brain 1000-7000 times one hour. The digital qi pressure can gain the same effect of stimulating the pleasure center as mentioned above. We have got very convincing results as volunteers were quite enthusiastic in participating in the hormone-feedback experiments.
In order to achieve the goal of sexual health through practicing qigong so as to get rejuvenescence, we should ultimately carry out the organic connection of the following meticulous behavior chain, i. e. respiration and circulation of qi -> calm mind -> massage practice -> sexual physiopsycho plateau phase -> activity of endocrine -> activity of immune system -> improved functioning of sexual organs.
The effects of the therapy is as follows: 1. Fatigue elimination 2. Good eyesight and hearing 3. Fine skin condition 4. Pain elimination, digestive function enhancement 5. Vasodilatation and fall of blood pressure.
All in all, the effect of rejuvenescence is significant. The results verified the prophecy of ancient Chinese Taoism of rejuvenescence.
