Consciousness and Information

A matter system can be regarded as an information system loaded by some quantity of energy. Motion of matter and interaction between matter systems can be attributed to information motion under fixed energy condition Consciousness, as a process, it is an information motion process; as 'existence', it is a motive information system; as function, it is the capacity which can deal with information makes used of information and produces new information by interaction with other systems.
