Since 1958 we have focused our research on the prevention and treatment of geriatric disease and geriatric health by the effect of qigong. Through our investigation, it was found that not only is qigong effective in treating geriatric diseases (hypertension) but also had beneficial effect on improving quality of life and slowing down the aging process.
