Biophysical measurements were performed during Zen meditation. The
evidence by the single square voltage pulse method suggested that
parasympathetic nervous system was dominant during Zen,indicated by the
decrease of After Polarization current parameter. This was eminent in
the digestion organ related meridian spots.The feature of oxygen
metabolism deffered according to the various methods or types of Zen
meditation.
