Responsive electric current at 14 meridian of qigongist and qi-receiver was measured simultaneously and continually at qigong operation by a single square voltage pulse technique. Some eminent synchronous phenomena were observed in AP and BP of both qigongist and qi-receiver. On qigong operation, meridian related to blood circulation system, which is thought to be the pathway of qi-flow was found to be sympathetic nerve excited, whereas meridian related to digestion system were parasympathetic nerve dominant.

Striking difference between internal and external qigong operation is that BP tend to increase at internal operation while decrease on external operation at all the meridian system of qigongist.
