Through the clinical practices and theoretical researches over the years the author has successfully applied the method of linguistic induction on regulate and control the 'Three Regulations' (TR) appropriately and has therefore prevented and corrected the errors and deviations in the qigong practices. The character of the TR and the mechanism causing dysfunction have been described and studied in depth in the field of physiology and pathology. The 'Three regulations' (regulate the body position, regulate the breathing, regulate the mind) could be evaluated by its extent, intensity, rhythm, stability and flexibility. The four functions of TR are to regulate the autonomic nervous system, to control the stimulation intensity, to regulate the body fluid and to control the information transfer 12 phenomena of the disturbance in the respects of intensity, stability, centralization, form and range of the TR have been analyzed. It has been emphasized that the use of the linguistic command program to introduce the directional thinking makes it possible that the excitation and the inhibition of the pallium have been appropriately regulated and controlled, the harmony, the adaptability and the reaction capacity of the TR have been improved. The relaxation of the posture, the mild intensity to keep though and the normality of the vigor movement have therefore been achieved and furthermore the memory inhibited has been regenerated. The problems to carry on the TR appropriately when the patient lost his control of consciousness and the problems combining with the error arising when the beginner has not well grasped the rules for the vigor movement have been resolved. The methods of the linguistic induction has been used with the advantage of getting the qi easier, shorting the course of treatment and increasing the curative effect and has been proved as a new way to the clinical treatment of qigong.
