The treatment of arrhythmias with qigong waiqi (Q.W.) is an important problem of the rehabilitation medicine. In the autumn of 1987, we reported some clinical cases of such a treatment. Since 1983, we have continuously used myocardial cell culture in vitro as a biosensor to monitor the Q.W. An analysis of the photoelectronic recorded pulsategraph during the cell activation shows the influence of Q.W. on the denervated myocardial cell physiological effects of 'Isorhym-Increamplitude' or 'Delayrhythm-Reducamplitude' and rehabilitation results.

In this paper, the aim is to study these effects and changes of ultramicroscopic stereostructures of the cultured cell with scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

In 12 groups of culture cells, we totally took 82 photographs of optical microscope and the 130 ultramicro-structural photographs of SEM.

Results of experiment: Morphological characteristic of SEM of myocardial cell in the control groups is that a stereostructure of the single cell appeared as circular spheroid and oval sheroidicity in majority; and the spindle-shape cell being. The internal characteristics of clusters of cells was separately distributed, and had little projection on cellular surface structure, between interspace of cells without organized linking. Myocyte-Pulsategraphs of beating cells appeared as rhythmic desynchronization.

After Q.W., we directly observed: 1. Cellular membrane was formed six special cytoplasmic processes - (a) Ear-like process, (b) Pseudopol-like process, (c) Microtube-like process, (d) Mushrooms leg-like process, (e) Microspike-like process, (f) Slender process.

2. The spindle cell and polygonal cell were superior in number, and the density of cells was higher than that of the control group.

3. Among the cells, two cells made an intercontact with the pseudopod to build an 'Intercellular Bridge.'

4. A lot of cellular bridges consisted of a 'Cellular Network System,' which is induced from qigong state, so we call it 'Qigong State Cell-Recombinate Body.'
