The UV spectra of some samples of pure water treated by several persons with supernormal ability in August 1987, June 1988 and October 1989, respectively, showed that their absorptions increased distinctly compared with those untreated or treated by normal persons. The spectra of the water treated by Wang and Jiang were different, which might be caused by different mechanisms. The differences of the OD values among various states of water could be summarized as follows:
1. OD values of water treated by person with supernormal ability was higher than that treated by normal person;
2. OD values of water treated was higher than that of untreated;
3. OD values of water touched with hands when treating was higher than that untouched;
4. OD values of water boiled was higher than that unboiled;
5. OD values of water treated while it was hot was higher than that treated while it was cool;
6. OD values of water of magnetized was higher than that of normal;
7. OD values of water which was boiled before treating was higher than that boiled after treating;
8. When touched with hands, the OD values of water treated before boiled was higher than that treated after boiled. Moreover, the OD value of the water treated by Jiang still kept high when tested one and half years later, which meant that the changes of physical properties were stable, and did not disappear with time passing by.
