We have observed the changes of several immunological indexes in 40 healthy old men before and after they practiced qi moving method. The results are as follows:

1. Erythrocyte rosette formation rate (%) is higher after practising qi moving method (60.57+-8.14) than that before (47.96+-8.14, P<0.01).

2. Lymphocyte blastogenesis rate (%) is higher after practising qi moving method (16070.25+-6545.30 cpm) than before (8433+-5301.7 cpm, P<0.01).

3. The content of serum lysozyme is larger after practising qi moving method (16.39+-3.04 ug/ml) than before (8.71+-4.97 ug/ml, P<0.01).

It was suggested that qi moving method had dramatic effects on immunological function indexes of old men.
