We shall concentrate on just one aspect of Yu's Xing Yi Qigong: that of 'Kong Jing.' Some people have literally translated 'kong jing' as 'empty force.' However, this is not accurate! This 'force' is not empty. After specific qigong training, some people can see this 'force' and its different colors, as well as to be able to feel it.
As we have only 25 minutes, we shall give a brief description of 'King Jing,' talk about its benefits, and how it relates to qigong. We shall also give a short demonstration as to what it is and how it is used, along with the consequent results.
