Qigong sliver needle magnetic therapy was the scientific research item assigned to Wuhan Physical Training Institute by the State Physical Training Committee in 1984 . It is a medical therapeutic method founded by my summarizing and the enlightenment from the study class on the combination between qigong and physical training , the scientific theory studied in Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Training Institute and Chinese Qigong Training Institute , and the guidance of famous high-ranking qigong master , Xia Shuan - quan ; and by way of medical practice applying national excellent legacy---acupuncture in combination with qi-gong . This is the medical process produced from the combination among Qigong , acupuncture and magnetic therapy after the magnetic therapy appeared in 600 b.c. and the 'magnetic therapy through main and collateral channels ' developed after liberation .
The basic principle of the therapy is that when Qigong master is in working , he uses the magnetic field of the human body to magnetize the silver needle and change it into physical magnetic field , then pins the silver needle on the coat in focus area of the patient to make the magnetic field from the silver needle response body field in the focus area and rechange it into body magnetic field again . The formula to express it is human body magnetic field---body magnetic field . As the biological magnetic field in focus area is responded , the biological electric current is strengthened , Ying and Yang regulated , main and collateral channels dredged , internal environment of the human body improved , and the fine recovered and curative effect received .
As the silver needle dose not get in touch with the acupoint in the therapy , there is no pain , no dread to the patients , and no contraindications in acupuncture and moxibustion so that many unskillful and faulty medical or surgical treatment such as fainting spell can be avoided .
This therapy is characteristic of 'same diseases with different methods to treat' and 'different diseases treated with the same method .'Many patients can be treated at the same time whether they are young or old , men or women and whatever the disease are.
Moreover , the sliver needle is pinned on the patient's clothe to from a picture which makes the focus thoroughly exposed and directs a doctor to diagnose . In addition , as a sliver needle produces magnetic field information , the consumption of qi-gong master's Wai Qi has been reduced. So, if this therapeutic method is adopted in the world , it must be the glad tidings to patients and qi-gong masters .
