The present article reports the changes of the parameter of ageing in 10 practice qigong aged man compared with that of another group of healthy aged man who don't exercise it.
The results show that the parameter levels of all body of the senile decay of the vital capacity (VC), visual sensitivity (VS), muscular power (MP), jump height (JH) and limb-stretching test (LS-T), etc., of the group practicing qigong are obviously greater than that of the contrast group.
Subjects and methods:
The study with an observation of the trend of senile decay between two groups of people being 61-72 year aged man - one practices Qigong only while the other does not practice Qigong.
