On the basis of practicing walking exercise on fixed position with moderate nose breathing, one may practice the first, second, and third set of walking exercise with moderate nose-breathing, which may save not only as a main exercise for preventing and curing cancer, but also a means of preventing the common cold. It is advisable for patients and subjects who do qigong exercise for health preservation to practice these sets of exercise in winter, which led to the name 'exercise for winter.' These sets of exercise are one of the best treatments for patients with nephritis, hepatitis, pneumonia, trachitis, and pulmonary emphysema but they are not advised for patients with severe heart trouble.
