Measurements of Hand Temperature and Physiology during Qi-Emission Imaging

When a qigong master uses his hands over another person, this receiver might answer “I felt temperature changes at the received part on my body”. Were there temperature changes of the qigong master's hands? These and other points are analyzed in experiment data to investigate
physiology at the same time as the qi. In the experiment, the subject was a qigong expert who imaged qi-emission from his right palm. Skin temperatures of both palms were measured by a thermograph and a thermistor. Respiration patterns and pulse waves were also measured at the same time. As a result, the skin surface temperature of almost the whole right palm rose during the rest and fell during the qi-emission imaging. Respiration times and respiration depth were short and shallow during the rest, and long and deep during the qi-emission imaging. Temperature change of roukyu was observed on the right hand which the expert used to image. But almost no change of roukyu was observed for the left hand where qi-emission was not imaged.
