In this work we present some methods and results for ultra weak intensity photon emission measurements in visible spectra from living matter (biophotons). A sensitive detector was constructed on the basis of a vacuum insulated Peltier cooled (-20 degrees C) PMT. Features of the device include a small photocathode with small dark count and use of a bundled fiber optic cable (inner diameter 1 cm) as a probe, which allows small area measurements and convenient operation. Preliminary results of the possible qi influence on coherency of the biophoton field are presented.
