Receptors in purified subpailntions of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and the concentration of cortisol.

The testers were the healthly young students of Weifang Medical College their age from 18-22. The blood of the testers was taken from the vien lefore eating nothing at 5:30 in the morning lefore and after exercising Shao Lin Nei Jin Yi Zhi Chan Gong.

After the exercise, the content of cortisode in serum obviously decreased. Before the exercise, cortisol was 7.00-35.78ng/dl, after the exercise cortisol was 1.00-8.85ng/dl. (p < 0.001) Glucocorticoid before the exercise was 3272-5152/cell, after the exercise the numbers of receptor was 4093-5855/cell (p < 0.001 ).
