To present a simple and effective form of Qigong. This style is appropriate for the beginner, as well as, the advanced
practitioner. Instruction will be given on a variety of movements for opening and closing exercises, including standing and seated practices. Students will be able to learn and take home a skill that will help to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and calm the emotions. Many people have reported an increased amount of energy, dramatic changes in pre existing health conditions, an improved intellect, and less anxiety and stress in their daily lives. This will be a fun and informative class presented in an easy to understand manner. You are invited to follow along and will be guided to correctness in the different positions. Handouts will include opening and closing exercise sets and posture points.
