Recent development of qigong therapy to cervical spondylosis

The author considers that cervical spondylosis is a common disease of old- and middle-aged patients. In recent years, because computers are used popularly and more people constantly work with low head in seating posture, the incidence of cervical spondylosis is an increasing trend. This article deals with the authors view on the incidence, diagnosis criteria and treatment methods. It emphatically reviews recent literature's of clinical reports and personal experience on applying Qigong to treat cervical spondylosis in China.
