Method of Conducting Qi Through Meridians and Collaterals by Thought:
Based on the theory of meridians and collaterals, the Method of Conducting Qi Through Meridians and Collaterals by Thought is to activate the circulation of Qi in meridians in order to regulate, induce and control the physiological activities of the body.
By practicing the eight methods, sitting, standing, moving, patting, pressing, rubbing, walking and withdrawing, the practitioner can dredge their meridians, and as a result to make Qi and blood circulate smoothly, to evoke human internal potential and to improve health and prevent diseases.
After long time practice, Qi could be sent to the finger tip to treat diseases of other people, and at the same time, it also has
a special effect for improving health of practitioners.
Digital-Pressure Therapy:
Digital-pressure is a special method for health preservation. It
combines acupuncture with massage and uses finger force to replace the effect of acupuncture. When digital-pressure is combined with the method of conducting Qi through meridians and collateral by thought, Qi could be moved to the finger and stimulates the physiological functions to achieve the effects of reinforcing, reducing, clearing heat, dispersing cold, diminishing stagnation, resolving stasis, warming and inducing sweating, etc. With those effects, Qi and blood will circulate smoothly in the meridians and collateral, diseases could be treated and the body will become healthy, good for the practitioners themselves as well as other people.
