The Chinese Dragon-Phoenix Qigong is based on the movements of dragon and phoenix to trigger the potentials of the human body to delay sentility and regain youth. The exercise includes 12 dynamic and static parts. All the exercises initiate the movements of dragon and phoenix to collect the Qi of the universe to dredge Qi and blood circulation, improve the regeneration of tissues, strengthen the inner energy and the function of the motor system, and flexibility of joints. It can treat obesity, strains, cervical disorders, rheumatism, neuroathenia, hypertension, stones of the gallbladder and kidney, tumors, tinnitus, reproductive disorders and gynecological diseases.
