The mice were inoculated with cyclophosophamide (CY) intraperitoneally to produce senility-like condition then radiated with Near-infrared Information Radiation (NIIR). We found lymphocytes of peripheral blood and macrophages of spleen increased markedly in radiated mice. Serum testosterone increased and asteroidal decreased, both of them were statistically significant between radiated and controlled groups(P<0.01). The incorporation amount of [3 sup H]TdR increased in the testes of radiated mice. 80% interstitial cells and spermatogonia proliferated in the testes of radiated mice, while 60% interstitial cells and 80 % spermatogonia were atrophy or decreased in controlled group.
