A method based on electric conductivity of water was proposed to record the Qi storage and Qi related structure of massed matter. Natural matters, water and guniao solution, and their Qi treated correspondents, were taken to be measured, a certain of Qi 'respiration' phenomena with the elapsed time were observed. It was demonstrated that the Qi both in nature and in human body (from Qigong master) can be stored in general matters. The nature of variation of Qi in matter may be used to characterize Qigong master and to determine the structure of main and collateral channels, the possible Qi related structure of matters.
