Preliminary report on anti-tumor effect of external qi of qigong

    This is a report on a study done with living cell culture to observe the effect of the external qi of qigong treatment on the malignant cells line LA-795. It was demonstrated that the malignant cells were markedly destroyed or injured under the action of qigong as compared with those in the control group (P<0.01).

Meanwhile, normal cells undergone the same treatment remained intact.

The result shows that the external qi of qigong does affect and kill malignant cells without harming the normal cells.
