    In terms of traditional Chinese medicine the encephalomyelitis paralytic is regarded as the warm pathogen's persisting pathogenicity myatonia and blood vessels under nourished-Chi and blood insufficient the function of liver and kidney under worked , micro substances and blood not nourishing the musculature, bone, and meridian vessels, that paralytic and atrophy be resulted. through the wave function making the meridian warmer and the red Chi inside, author applied the Qigong point as massotherapy. By the clinical obstruction, Qigong can cause the kidney's Chi solid, promote the do-meridian flowing smoothly, reinforce the brain blood cycle, and enhance the nerve system's function, so that the body can be rehabilitation more rapidly.
