The aim of this experiment is to inquire into the compound analgesia effect with simulating acupoint by Qigong information treating instrument and acupuncture and to find a way to raise the analgesia effect of Qigong information treating instrument and acupuncture and to find a new train of thought for raising effect of Qigong anesthesia. Method of Experiment Instruments: 57-6 Electrical acupuncture anesthesia instrument ZY Qigong information treating instrument (imitating energy given by Qigong waster Lin you Zing) Spring press pain measure instrument Electrical sphygmomanometer Electrical sphygmometer Skin temperature thermometer Tape recorder etc. - We used ZY Qigong information treating instrument to stimulate acupoints. Subjects got the sensation of warm. We used Latin Square design in the experiment and 4#4 Latin Square for two groups. We made comparison, acupuncture stimulating (on acupoint Be Gu), qigong information treating instrument stimulating (on Be Gu of right hand), compound stimulating (on Be Gu of left hand by acupuncture and right hand by instrument) on every subject for four days. Every subject was tested according to the order of Latin Square and experiment items. Induce time of all stimulus was twenty five minutes. Pain threshold of four acupoints (Wai Guan of right arm, center of breast bone, Zhong Wan, 3 cm upward Wai Huai of blood pressure, pulse, skin temperature (Yin Tang), skin resistance (palms of right hand) were measured at 51525 [?] minutes. At 5.15 minutes the stimulus were left all kind of items above were measured again. Result and Discussion I. Comparison for pain threshold during and before stimulating. Average and t of pain threshold before and during all kind stimulus to 96 subjects are 97.44 g and 125.93 g, t=11.74 (p<0.001); 93.13g and 122.92 g, t=8.56 (p<0.001): 89.69 g and 130.00 g t= 2.03 (p<0.001); 101.88 g and 96.98 g, t=-2.632 (p<0.05). The result showed that pain threshold of blank space comparison during stimulating was lower than that of before stimulating, and the difference was remarkable. Acupuncture, qigong information treating instrument, compound stimulus of acupuncture and instrument could raise pain threshold. Statistic test was remarkable. II. Comparison for changes of pain threshold of four stimulus With variance analysis, among all stimulus F=10.514, p<0.01, the difference was remarkable. We made a test to average percentile of pain threshold during and before stimulating for all subjects. For acupuncture and blank space comparison t=8.51, p<0.001. For instrument and blank space t=8.04, p<0.001. For compound stimulus and instrument t=2.50, p<0.05. For compound stimulus and blank space t=0.34, p<0.001. For acupuncture and instrument t=1.39, p<0.05. For compound stimulus and acupuncture t=4.14, p<0.001. The result showed that pain threshold could be raised more remarkably by compound stimulus than by acupuncture and instruments. Statistic test was very was remarkable. Acupuncture and qigong information treating instrument can be used in clinic easily and conveniently. III. Analgesia effect of four stimuli Averages and t of pain threshold before and after stimulating by four stimuli for 64 subjects were 95744 g and 116.108, t=7.69 (p<0.001); 93.13 g and 117.82 g t=8.576 (p<0.001); 89.69 g and 118.75 g t=9.311 (p<0.001); 101.88 g and 95.47g t=-2.61 (p<0.05). The result showed that pain threshold after stimulating was older than before stimulating. The difference was remarkable. Four stimulus had analgesia effect. Statistic test was very remarkable. IV. Comparison for analgesia effect of four stimulus With variance analysis, among all stimulus F= 15.251 (p<O.01). The difference was remarkable. We made t test to a average percentile of pain threshold before and after every t two stimulating for all subjects. For acupuncture and blank space t=8.04 (p<0.001). For instrument and blank space t=6.52 (p<0.001). For compound stimulus and blank space t=1.803 p<0.056. For acupuncture and compound stimulus 2.80 (p<0.001). For compound stimulus and instrument t=1.18 (p<0.05). The result showed that the pain threshold after compound stimulating (15 minutes later) raised more remarkably than that of after acupuncture (15 minutes later). Statistic test was remarkable. V. 51525 [?] minutes during and after stimulating by acupuncture, Qigong information instrument, compound stimulus, the blood pressure, pulse, skin resistance, skin temperature remained calm. This method can be used in clinic safety. Summary l. Analgesia effect and delayed effect of stimulating acupoint by compound stimulus of acupuncture and instrument were better than that of by acupuncture and instrument separately. Compound stimulus of acupuncture and Qigong information treating instrument is effective way to raise anesthesia and analgesia effects of acupuncture and Qigong information treating instrument. It can be used easily and conveniently. 2. With compound stimulus of acupuncture and Qigong information instrument stimulating body, the blood pressures pulse, skin temperature remained calm. The method was safe and dependable.
