Tai chi and qigong are traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) techniques that have been used for hundreds or thousands of years to treat a wide range of ailments. This article takes the reader through the process of searching for and finding relevant literature on how these two tools of Chinese medicine can be used to treat ankylosing spondylitis using Microsoft Copilot, one of the more popular AI chatbots. A similar methodology can be used to find medical information on a wide range of other medical topics. This methodology can also be used by scholars in many divergent disciplines to find useful information on whatever topic they are researching.
