Measurements of qi-changes between, before and after qigong or dance-therapy Author: Nomura H//Shiba M//Tanaka A Affiliation: Electrotechnical laboratory //Kobe University//Tokyo Women's Medical College Conference/Journal: Japanese Mind-Body Science Date published: 1997 Other: Volume ID: 6 , Issue ID: 1 , Pages: 43 , Word Count: 130 It has been confirmed that all living things emit external-qi as long as they are alive. Among them we are specially interested in the human body, which also transmits a bio field emission (BFE) in the form of electromagnetic radiation, since, hitherto, our measurements have shown the existence of BFE. This time, we applied our study to human activity. We picked two human activities: qigong and dance-therapy. We discovered that after relaxed qigong activity, BFE signals were enhanced by almost 2 to 3 times more than before, and after self-creative dancing , BFE was decreased about 1/2, respectively. These results suggest that internal qigong makes a human body's BFE high, because of some relaxation, and creating works such as self-creative dancing makes a body's BFE low, because of some mental stress more or less.
