Its mechanism is discussed as follows: Regulating the Nervous System: In the standing stance it requires relaxation, imagining feet going deeply into the earth, and, integration of the heaven, earth and man. Listen distantly, look horizontally and vaguely. The cortex would be in a state of inner inhibition, which means rest of the brain. Functional disturbance due to over-excitation is moved. Accelerating Blood Circulation: When one is doing the exercise, his limbs are in a required position for a long time. The skeletal muscles are in a state of constant contractor, and about 200-300 capillaries are open. The heart pumps increased volume of blood and the blood circulation is accelerated.
