Clinical Observation: Types of syndrome include: a) stagnated liver-qi 24 damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder 17 instigated liver-qi and deficiency in the spleen Treatment: Qi emission and self-practicing of Qigong exercises are combined. Qi is emitted to Dannang (EX-LE-6) Yanglingquan (GB 34), Lingtai (DU-10), Zhongwan (RN 12), Qimen (LR 14), Zhangmen (LR 13), Shenque (RN 8), Qihai (RN 6). Self-practicing of Qigong exercises is done 2-3 times a day. Result: Cure: 11 cases Marked Effectiveness: 42 cases Effectiveness: 7 cases
